I'm wanting to step out of my customer service uniform and do something different. I just don't know where to start. I've been doing this for about a year, been with the company for about two. I'm grateful for my job, but I just don't enjoy it any more. I'm the sounding board for pissed off customers who want their stuff yesterday. But hey, that's my job. My intentions are good but my action is not. I want to quit and write or film full time, but I have no back up material. Nothing that could save me in case it back fired. I'm the usual 9-5er that has bills and obligations that the mighty dollar has control over. I can't afford to cut my own throat.

Hang in there! Who knows, maybe you'll be discovered or your favorite sister-in-law might win it big playing the lotto! In the mean time, keep letting people know how you feel and flip the really annoying ones off in your mind! You are going to be great at whatever you choose to do!
